Dashed lines (associating with dimensions)

In earlier versions of BikeCAD, certain dimensions had dashed lines associated with them. For example, the angles to the center of mass from the front and rear tire contact patches had dashed lines linking the contact patches to the center of mass. In BikeCAD version 20, those dashed lines are no longer included by default. However, now, all dimensions can have dashed lines associated with them. Dashed lines are now enabled with the icon to the right of the dimension label. These are available for both angular and linear dimensions, and they can be displayed independent of the dimension itself. An enhancement for BikeCAD version 20.5 is that clicking the Unselect all button at the bottom of a particular set of dimensions will turn off not only the dimensions but also the display of any dashed lines.
