Erik Noren of Peacock Groove wants to make bikes that raccoons and crows want to steal. BikeCAD is proud to be part of that mission.

Enjoyed this candid video of Joe Roggenbuck of Cobra Frames at work in his shop in Syracuse, New York. Immersed in greenery, Joe's shop looks like something out of The Hobbit.

I'm proud to see one of Lennard's BikeCAD drawings featured in this video about his custom frame building business. Lennard Zinn is renowned for designing bikes for tall people. Not only are his bikes tailored to the dimensions of the rider, but many also feature couplers which allow the bike to pack down into a travel case no taller or wider than the wheels.

In October 2013, Ted James, Mattia Paganotti, Salvatore Verrillo and Timo Hyppönen traveled to Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands for a bike/skate trip with Carhartt WIP. Four frame builders, who used to be skaters, were each asked to build a bike for four of Carhartt’s pro skaters. Here’s the film made about the journey. As always, I was thrilled to catch a glimpse of BikeCAD in the midst of all the action.

In November 2013 six Scandinavian bicycle framebuilders met at the workshop of Johnsen Frameworks in Hølen, Norway. The intention? To build six different variations of the classic "Rough Stuff" bicycle. This video is a documentation of the workshop.

Links to some of the other builders in attendance include: Patrik Tegnér, Godspeed Bicycles and Veloform.

Although adding your location to your account profile on BikeCAD.ca is purely optional, it's one way to promote your framebuilding or bicycle fitting services. It's interesting to see all the places around the world where BikeCAD is being put to use. This is no doubt thanks to the efforts of those who have taken the time to translate BikeCAD into their own languages.
