I just signed up, logged in, and changed my password. Clicking the Quick Start link yields a page with a menu bar on top and a sidebar on the left, but the main frame is just blank. I've enabled Flash, and haven't received any prompts about Java. I'm using an up-to-date version of Chrome on Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11.2). Any suggestions about how to get past this stumbling block would be appreciated.

Free version of BikeCAD
BikeCAD has nothing to do with Flash, so it will make no difference if you have that installed or not.
Meanwhile, Chrome no longer supports the Java plugin so you will have to try another browser such as Firefox or Safari. PC users can use Firefox or IE.
Recently imposed restrictions placed on Java applets have made it a little more complicated to deploy the free version of BikeCAD. For this reason, I am currently working on an alternative which will not require a plugin. Until that's ready, you should still be able to run the free version on your system. You will just need to add the BikeCAD.ca website to your Exception Site List as described at: java.com/en/download/faq/exception_sitelist.xml.
