Can't access paint or dimensions

Has there been a change in the free version? The tooltips for paint and dimensions are greyed out and the menus won't open for me! Both in IE and IE tab for Chrome. Latest Java

Paint and dimension dialog boxes

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. This was not my intention. I have corrected the issue. You may need to clear your Java cache in order to ensure that you load the new version.
