Would love to hear some user's thoughts on this. Basically, the idea is to have a stretched rear deck which can take two standard ortlieb panniers, plus a top load, all at around 320mm off the ground to keep the COG low.

I reckon that you could use the chainstays running up to the headtube by themselves; welded at the mudguard mount, seat tube and headtube they should be stiff enough (?)

This means that the (long!) cables could be routed internally to the Rohloff (counting the pennies) and rear disc (not shown, not sure why I can't do this here).

Other than that, it's fairly similar geometry to my existing cross/tourer, quite relaxed and upright.
