Matteozolt you are correct. This models was started from yours as you can see by the Started from: link above.

I hope you take this as a complement. The Design Archive has been set up in this way to encourage sharing and collaboration on designs. Perhaps I should make the Started from link more obvious so that it is more understood that when people make further revisions to one users designs, they are not necessarily trying to take credit for the original design. Instead, what it should indicate is that they really like what the original designer had come up with and that they simply want to make a variation of that model.

Some of the differences I've noticed between this model and yours are the removal of the Colnago logo on the seatpost and stem, a change in stem and tire sidewall colors, the use of a more old school saddle, and a switch from a 78.5° head angle to a 74.5° head angle.
