Paint schemes (including fork, stem, headset spacers and pump)

In BikeCAD version 11.5 the option to include the fork in the paint scheme was added. In BikeCAD version 13.5 this functionality has been extended to include the stem, headset spacers and frame pump. This is all done with the checkboxes below the frame and fork colour buttons. Paint features added through the freehand sketching tool will also apply to these elements.
