Forks from production drawings

In BikeCAD version 23, besides defining forks parametrically, there is an option to select a fork from a catalogue of drawings supplied by manufacturers. For now, you'll find the full product line of forks from ENVE as well as a couple by Peter Verdone.

Clicking the fork crown clearance button will show a front view of the fork. If this model is exported to FreeCAD, the fork will also be included there.

Be aware that a few of ENVE's forks feature flip chips for adjusting rake. For example, the Adventure fork will have a rake of 55.5mm with the flip chip in the forward position but the chip can be switched around for a rake of 49mm. In BikeCAD, these two options will appear in the menu as two separate forks when in reality they are two different configurations of the same fork.

Also, note that the Adventure fork includes bosses for an Anything cage. Turning on the display of water bottles will reveal an Anything cage on the fork. This cage can be disabled by unchecking the box in the Fork tab of the Water bottles dialog box. It can also be deleted by clicking on the trash can icon.
