Yokes (single sided chainstay yokes on both drive and non-drive side)

When single sided chain stay yokes were first introduced to BikeCAD version 17.0, the assumption was that they'd only be used on the drive side stays. In BikeCAD version 18.0, we now have the option to show single sided yokes on the drive side alone, or click the x2 checkbox and shown them on both the drive side and non-drive side.
