C/S Dialog Box Greyed Out - Help

For the life of me I can't work out why all boxes apart from "Include" and End of Stay Dimples are greyed out.

I assume you've locked the frame. Let me know if this is not the case.

Thank you! I knew there would be a stupidly simple answer. I must have hit the lock button by mistake, I so rarely use this feature.
