Rear dropouts

If you model a dropout using the Define by parameter option, you'll be able to specify eyelet placement. With the Define by static drawing option, currently, eyelets are only available if they are included in the static drawing. I had not anticipated the need to add eyelets to a static drawing of an existing dropout, but I will try to provide this option in a future update.
