The line weight used throughout BikeCAD for rendering the frame, components, dimensions and title block border is controlled in the Outline thickness text field in the Paint dialog box. This dialog box is shown below.
Note that the outlines on logos can be independently controlled as described here. Dimension line weight can also be independently controlled as described here.
Some builders find it advantageous to use a finer thickness when generating and printing full scale PDF's.
