Help me enter frame size into BikeCAD

Hi

I'm trying to enter this frame (size 63) into BikeCAD

See frame dimensions here:

The problem is that the frame in BikeCAD doesn't look like my bike. My bike has almost no slope, but the bike in BikeCAD clearly has some slope. So am I entering the wrong information or is the info on dimension chart wrong?

I haven't used Bikecad for several months but would like to now. I have a new computer since the last time, win8.1 and using chrome. I can't get things to work. I added a java security exception for this site, as shown in another thread, I also lowered the security threshold.

First, I want to say thanks for the use of this fantastic free design tool.

I can't find/figure out how to select track dropouts. I have been using the hooded version and rotating them 180 degrees, but that looks funky.

Also, Quick Start won't launch today. Any news?

Thanks again.

Java security

The 1.7.0_51 update of Java has introduced some changes that I thought would be worth addressing.

Recently, you may have heard about security concerns surrounding Java. Since BikeCAD is written in Java, I feel compelled to emphasize that these security concerns are limited to the Java plugin for browsers. Despite this concern, Java is still a thriving language: still ranked #2 in the January 2014 TIOBE Programming Community index which is an indicator of the popularity of programming languages world-wide.

I am trying to design a hub gear setup with a flange dia. of 105mm. Entering 105 in the appropriate field does not translate to the drawing. Also I cannot remove the derailleur from the chain so that it shows a single sprocket.

Help please?

Hi

I just came on to update an old design of mine, but had forgotten my password. I requested a new password and as I was changing that, decided to chenge my username too.

Now I'm unable to locate any of my designs. Have they vanished without trace? Have I simply opened a fresh account instead? If so, my old username is no longer being recognised. Could I have somehow overwritten my old account?

None of the designs are in the public design archive, so unfortunately, I cant locate them that way.

Extreme slowness recently?

I'm an occasional user of the web-based tool.  When I went back to edit a saved design yesterday I couldn't get the applet to paint the screen. Hovering over the button area shows those, but the main edit canvas never renders.

I tried at home and at work on totally separate PCs and internet connections (and multiple browsers) - same symptoms for each.  Is anyone else seeing this?

Hugh
