Is it possible to make a through hole miter with miter templates from BikeCAD? I mean I want to make a cargo and need a hole for the middle column. Can I make it?

Is there any way to put the bottom bracket on the downtube. I'm building a low chopper and need to move the pedal up on the bottom bracket approx 6 inches so they clear the ground.

I only started working with BikeCAD Pro recently. So maybe I have not yet found the functionality I'm looking for albeit I have extensively searched the Forum and FAQs.

We are specialized in offering titanium frames from different manufacturers to customers with special requirements in terms of geometry or functionality. So far I have created these drawings with AutoCAD.

Don't know why, it has run great up until now. Java is current and I've restarted the program and PC with no change. Probably something simple that I am over looking. Thanks

Editing forks, stupid question?

I can't seem to be able to edit the fork length and offset in the dialog box.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I can enter a different value for a custom fork but the drawing doesn't update and doesn't save the dimensions.

First of all- thanks Brent!

Is it possible to bring your previously defined templates into the newer version.
I finally have it all my display and dimension templates dialed in, plus all the standard parts that I have created: Forks - stems - cranks - ect...
Can I simply copy my templates folder from the software data file from one to the next? Or do I risk loosing some new functionality?

Hh

I have a new monitor that is wider than my old one, 1024 x 768. When I open BikeCAD Pro 8.1 the entire screen is stretched out (left and right) and the bike is distorted. Any ideas? It makes it impossible to design.

thanks,
rich adams

BikeCAD Acting Weird

I have a clean install of Mountain Lion on a new Mac and the program is acting real buggy. Wondering if anyone is experience anything similar.

The contents of the program window periodically go completely white. A surefire way of making this happen is by trying to change the BB drop.

I downloaded the version 7.11 and the problem still occurs.

Any thoughts?

I am not on pro yet, but wondering does the pro version allow for printing a full scale 1:1 drawing? If so, how much can one edit by adding box area and drawing notes/ callouts are allowed? My application is to use as a template on a flat jig with clear instructions on where to place jig for students/first time frame builders. Thanks!
