Hi Brent,
Can you please help. I'm trying to update to BikeCAD Pro version 13.5 but keep getting three error boxes pop up one after the other. I'm completely stumped as to what I'm doing wrong. Please see attached images of the errors. I'd really appreciate any advice.

Installation fix
Fortunately, we were able to resolve this issue offline. While the normal version of BikeCAD Pro for PC does not require that Java be installed on the system, I can make available another version which uses the Java Runtime Environment. This version has worked for Craig. I'm happy to provide this to any other BikeCAD Pro users as well. Contact me for a link.
