Extend Top Tube?

I'd like to extend the top tube through the headtube (forward) and/or through the seat tube (aft) like the van moof ebike.  Is that possible?

Extending the top tube

This is currently not an option. Although, one could argue that it could be accomplished using the Freehand sketching tool. As I've done in the example below.
