Double taper seat stay

Years ago, double taper seat stays could be accounted for, but I ended up removing the option when consolidating a bunch of code for efficiency. I will try to bring that back in a future update.

Meanwhile, I've just wrapped up the last enhancement to version 11.5 which I hope to have ready for download in the next few days. Things I've added thanks to your suggestions include: miter templates for tandem tubes, as well as consideration for tandems in the UCI regulations display.

I'm bringing this request up to the top (unless I'm a dum-dum and just can't find it in the SS pallet). I doubt too many people are building with dual tapered SS these days but I sure do have a bunch and they're still currently available through Fairing.

I'm sure that there's other pressing updates and I might be the 2nd person to have asked for this in the past 7 years so . . . . . . .
