The Snapshot tool takes an image of the current design and underlays that image behind the BikeCAD model. When further changes are made to the BikeCAD model, the image remains in the background providing a means to compare the old design with the new. Although the image can be hidden by clicking the Photo display icon and the image can be removed all together by clicking File >> Remove photo, too many people are confused by this feature and use it accidentally not understanding why this ghost image has appeared in the background. Therefore, in BikeCAD version 13, the Snapshot tool has been removed from the default user interface. The snapshot tool can be added back to the user interface by clicking View >> Customize and checking the box next to the Snapshot tool shown here. Once this icon has been rechecked, click Save settings and restart BikeCAD.
