Helmet style (switching)

The angle of the rider's head can be specified in the bottom right corner of the Rider dialog box. In BikeCAD version 17.0, the image of the head next to the angle text field is now a toggle button. Clicking this button repeatedly will cycle through a variety of helmet styles.
