BikeCAD Pro V16 runs but won't install

Hi,

After running the installation (WIN10) BikeCAD Pro 64 bit, the program opens and works.

But when I close the program, it's not installed on my computer. Not in the /users/appdata/roaming/ or any location on my hard drive.

I do use "run as administrator" .

Does anyone have a solution?
