'When I try to open the exe file in Windows 7 by right clicking I don't have the option to select "Run as administrator" in the drop down menu. Just selecting "Open" doesn't work. What should I do? Thanks for any help.

This isn't a BikeCAD specific issue. However, I'm still glad you brought it to my attention. As an addendum, I believe the most probable explanation for this is that the executable setup file has not yet been extracted from the zip file. This is explained at: bikecad.ca/extract_file_first.
