Hey there,
I have been using BikeCAD Pro for some months now and I love this software. There is just one thing for that I really need your help:
I developed a special frame and I want to check the riding positions of several riders (with different measures) on the same frame (unisize). Unfortunately the preview of the rider does not change after changing the rider’s measures. What can I do?
Thank you very much for your help.
Cheers
Johannes
I assume that the rider measurements you are changing are the six values in the Fit advisor. Changing these dimensions does not update the stick figure representation of the rider. However, if you click the Calculate button, then select the Rider anatomy tab on the right, and then click the Apply to BikeCAD model button, BikeCAD will approximate values for those more detailed body dimensions. You can also directly enter dimensions for these more detailed body measurements in the Rider anatomy tab found at the bottom of the dialog box. For more on this, see: bikecad.ca/rider_anatomy_tabs.
Hi Brent,
thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, I still have not understood. Is there any possibility to update the stick figure representation? Thanks for your patience...
Johannes
You can update the rider in BikeCAD Pro by changing the dimensions in the interface shown below. Perhaps after doing this yourself, you will understand the rest of what I said above.
Thanks, Brent! I finally got it!!! ;-)
