Hi , how can I add my logoon Paint panel ?

If your logo can be represented with a standard font, you can just load that font on your operating system, and you'll find it in the font section of the logo dialog box. Alternatively, you could send me a copy of your logo in some vector based file format such as AI, SVG, or PDF. I will add your logo to the next update of the program as described at: bikecad.ca/brand_logos.
