How to change the size of the Open and Save dialog boxes

Hi Brent,

that's something that has annoyed me already for a long time but at some point enough is enough ;-))). Is there any way how I can change the size of the dialog boxes that appear when opening or saving a file or saving a file as a PDF. I would like them to be much bigger so each time I change their size and the view to the list with details view but the next time that box opens it has the small original size and sorting.

I've searched the forum and the FAQs (maybe not thoroughly enough) and I wonder why no one has ever posted that question before.

Thanks,

Hi Brent

I can't get Change color to apply to components in drawings I have created, it always applies to the background. I can get Change color to apply to components in drawings i have downloaded from the Design Archive and the MyBike.bcad drawing. What am I missing.

With thanks

Peter

Brent,

1. I cannot seem to save a design from the design archive to my hard drive and then open it to my desktop version of BikeCAD. All i see when I click on the link for save a BikeCAD design (the one located under the design illustration) is code. Am I suppose to copy this and save it to a file or something??

2. The wheel options for MTB do not seem to include 27.5 x 1.95++.

3. I ve noticed that the crank angle I set in a Bcad file never seems to stay even if i save the file. It always reverts back to 0 deg.

Cheers,

Patrick

Hi Brent,

Can you please help. I'm trying to update to BikeCAD Pro version 13.5 but keep getting three error boxes pop up one after the other. I'm completely stumped as to what I'm doing wrong. Please see attached images of the errors. I'd really appreciate any advice.

Thanks very much!

Craig

Hey Brent + Co.

I'm using BikeCAD (13.5 on OSX). I'm running into strange behaviors when trying to use a dual monitor set-up.

1. "Constrain to single monitor" UNCHECKED
Open up any dimensions window.
Move dimensions window to my 2nd monitor.
Click on bike drawing (primary monitor)
Click back on dimensions.
Dimensions window flips back to my primary monitor.

Hi there!

I was hooked on to BikeCAD Pro by a fitter in Mexico city.

Im in the process of designing a bamboo cargo bike to use as a food cart.

I can't afford the full version of BikeCAD at the moment but was keen to get started.

The issue i'm having is I can't work out how to simulate the rider animation. I've been clicking the eye on the rider symbol in the display panel, but it just remains permanently crossed out. Any ideas?

Regards

Arthur

Transfer a given geometry to BikeCAD

This is probably the typical newbie question. If look at the bike manfactures website and take the geometry of a bike I will end-up with the standard information. Stack/Reack horz. Top-tube, Seat-tube and head tube and the two main angles. Given stack & reach how do I proceed from there s.t. the seat-tube length and especially the head-tube length shows-up in BikeCAD. I did not understand where I could input the head tube length. i probably missed a how-to or something. A point in this direction would be appriciated

I want to view the bike I draw from a birds eye view option. Is this possible?
