Chain is too loose. No fork offset?
Tightening the belt
The belt appears loose because an extra link was specified in the Chain/Belt section. Info on changing this field is at bikecad.ca/chain_or_belt_drive. That page explains why you would want an extra link in your chain when running a derailleur.
