BikeCAD version 9.0 will be released very soon. After that, it will be a priority to integrate a tandem option into the next version of BikeCAD. In the meantime, you may find TandemCAD, which was developed years ago, to be of some use.

UPDATE: As of version 11, you can now model a tandem in BikeCAD.
