Hello Brent,

is there any way to lock only the main triangle, while change any other parameters on the frame?

Thanks,

Gabor

Adjusting Aerobars height

1. The only way I have figured out on how to raise both the aeropads and extensions at the same time to a TT bike is to change the stem angle. But many super bikes allow riders to add spacers to below the proprietary stem head, in effect raising the entire aerobar complex without changing the stem angle (which for many of the TT bikes you cannot do). I tried adding spacers to below the head set but it had no effect on the height of the aerobars. I know how to raise the aeropads independently but the extensions stay where they are which is not what I am trying to depict.

Hi *,

I want to build a long john cargo bike.

There are designs in the archive - but I don't know how to create or maintain additional tubes which are not between the preset tubes in the drop down menue for additional tubes.

In case anyone could describe it I would be very delighted!

Cheers,

Alex

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to get a laptop to use almost exclusively for BikeCAD pro and was wondering if anyone knows what the best specs a PC should have for it to run properly are?

Thanks very much

I am having trouble reverse engineering some pre "s" bents seat stays that I bought. Is there a video that explains what dimensions B, R, D and r, are? Thank you for your help.

Frame ghost images

Sometimes when I change the angle of a tube or a specific dimension that changes a tube position I get a residual image of the tubes prior location. I cannot make that previous tube image disappear. I am seeing the new position of the tube and the old postition simultaneously.

Any ideas on how to remove residual tube images?

I upgraded to 12.5 and now cannot find the steering geometry check box . I used it before...

it seems to be missing from the dimension list.

Thanks

Brent,

Attempting to install v13.0 I'm getting this 'Error Invoking Method' error.

It has now also stopped my 12.5 installation, for when I try and open that I get the same error message.

I've tried updating Java, and re-installing BikeCAD, but still getting the error.

Win 10 Home, v1607

Is there any option to show the wall thickness of each tube in the frame?

Wheel Dialog

Hi *,

I am kind of struggeling to understanding the wheel design dialog box with all dimensions. I am having a hard time to setup a 650 b wheel with 2.4 max. width. From my understanding the width of a tyre is represented by the dimension "w". is my assumption korrekt :) ?

Basically what I am looking for is a discription of the dialog - is there one around? I did not find one or was to blind to find it. Thanks for giving me directions!

Kind regards & cheers,

Alex
