Single Use or Home user License?

Is there a way to use standover height as a single use license? I dont need any other features, just trying to model a single bicycle. Would also be happy with a 30 day license maybe?

How exactly do you add a second fade when playing with paint schemes? I can only see the one, but not how to add another. I'm sure I'm missing something.

Thanks.

Rotating the frame in the fixture - dimensions adjustment

Hello, I am working on a bicycle with 16" wheels and have just realised that I will have to work around some limitations in my TBA LCFFixture - the highest possible BB rise and lowest possible bottom of the HT (that would be the Henry James Y dimension I think). I will have to rotate the frame forward in the fixture, see what fits and calculate the adjusted dimensions for the fixture.

I can visualize that or make the calculations in another software, but I was wondering if I am not missing something in BikeCAD itself.

Modelling Paragon 34/44 tapered head tubes

How do folks go about modelling the paragon tapered head tubes like this one: https://www.paragonmachineworks.com/steel-tapered-ec34-ec44-choose-length.html ? Onlike the Columbus ones I am used to, there is no obvious upper section, lower section, and taper between them that can be easily input into the head tube dialog box. It's just one big taper and it does not appear to even be straight. I think there is some curve to it.

Cannot export miter template of frame including extra tube attached to one tube only

Hey!

Everything is in the title :)

I build my frames with the top tube "crossing" the seat tube (GT like) so I'm very happy that we can model it now!

I modeled a frame like this and wanted to export the miter template but nothing happens : no pdf is generated. I deleted theses tubes and it worked as usual...

I can do without it so it's not so much a problem for me, I'm just reporting the problem.

Cheers,

Nicolas.

Inputting disc side dropouts

Hey Brent,

I want to put the Nova Shimano Flat Mount Rear Dropout Kit onto my bike in BikeCAD. However I only see an option to put the modular drive side and I dont know how to place the disc side and don't really know where to start. This is an image of the dropout kit.

Here's an image of my bike's dropouts after exporting to freecad:

I want to have it look more like the bike you modeled in your video here:

Static Dropouts

Hey Brent,

There's some stuff in BikeCAD that I will just never use (e.g. Campy Cranks from the dropdown or 20x1.75" mag wheels) in BikeCAD. You've made it pretty easy to remove these by going to View > Customize > Manage Components and Templates. That's super awesome and helpful for a cluttered brain.

I was hoping to do the same thing with the static drawing dropouts but I'm unable to figure this one out. Is there a way? BikeCAD Version 18. MacOS 12.6

Thanks

Change Second Rider (Stoker) Anatomy

Is there anyway to change the anatomy of the second rider (stoker) in a tandem? When I change the rider anatomy it defaults to updating the front (captain) rider. I'm not sure how to specify I would like to change the stoker.
